Simon has spent his entire career at the forefront of ocean racing, running large boats with large crews, enabling his owners to achieve their goals. He is a well-known and popular figure on the world sailing circuit, hugely experienced and highly respected.

After two decades in ocean racing, Simon is fulfilling a lifelong ambition and taking on the short-handed sailing world himself. His self-reliant and extremely competitive character is suited to the challenge. Having sailed with the top racing teams, Simon is now taking things to a new level by skippering a Class 40 yacht in the World’s most testing short-handed races.
